Membership from only £2 per month by standing order or £24 per annum. (Discounts apply for additional members in one household. Under 18s free.)

• Information Pack – Self-help materials and resources to educate you, your family members, carers and your healthcare providers.

 

• Monthly Support & Learning – Expert speakers covering various topics on living with M.E., Fibromyalgia, and Post-Covid M.E. via Zoom (first Tuesday each month, except July & August).

 

• Telephone Information Line - We're here for you, to share information about our charity and guide you towards specialist organisations that can offer extra help, support, or crisis assistance. 

 

• Private Members-Only Facebook Group – Peer-support, tips, and friendship, plus special offers and access to recordings of our monthly, expert-led Zoom meetings, to watch when able.

 

• Hope Crafts Group – Facilitator-lead (Zoom) fun and laughter, and creative activities and skill-building from home.

 

• Free ‘Listening Books’ Membership – Thousands of audiobooks at your fingertips.

 

•  CALM App  – Occasional offers to upgrade subscription to Calm Premium, a full year of restorative relaxation.

 

• Social Meet-Ups – Christmas in-person and online celebrations, and occasional in-person gatherings in three regional hubs. (Newry, Belfast, Portstewart) 

 

• Conferences – Priority access to our events featuring world-leading and local experts.

 

• Lobbying on behalf of our service user group, with health authorities and politicians for specialist M.E. services in Northern Ireland. 

 

• Providing Free CPD-Certified Training for Your Healthcare Providers – “Discover M.E.” packs or digital or in-person training with full VR experience at certain locations (available by direct request to the charity from your doctor or any healthcare provider)

 

• Get Involved – Flexible volunteering for you, or your family members, fundraising, learning or skill-sharing opportunities from home or in person.

• By post – Print and complete the membership form and post it with your cheque to the charity address.
